Consultations & Ayurvedic Bodywork

Two ways to support you

I offer support for burnout and stress-related issues, especially for people working in demanding or high-intensity environments (humanitarian work, emergency professions). However, consultations are open to anyone wishing to improve their health.

Online — wherever you are

Fast-paced lifestyle, frequent travel, difficulty maintaining consistent support…

I offer online consultations and follow-ups adapted to these realities.

Fatigue, stress, burnout?

These programs aim to restore balance through a progressive and personalised approach. Learn how Ayurveda approaches stress and exhaustion.

About

I support people who feel an imbalance setting in — fatigue, stress, digestive issues — often linked to demanding life and work environments. I also work with those who want to become more autonomous in managing their health.

My approach is both structured and personalised. The goal is not just short-term relief, but to understand how your body and mind function in order to restore or maintain long-term balance.

Trained in Ayurveda (2045 hours), I integrate tools from this tradition to offer practical, progressive, and effective support. I also continue ongoing work with two schools in India, with monthly exchanges.

Questions you may have (Ayurveda & burnout)

That’s exactly the purpose of the first consultation. You don’t need a clear plan. Ayurveda is also educational: I help you understand how you function so that priorities become clearer. We start from your current situation and define the next steps together.

You don’t need to wait for deep exhaustion to seek support.

On the contrary, early intervention often prevents long-term imbalance. In Ayurveda, burnout is seen as a progressive process: persistent fatigue, mental overload, sleep or digestive issues are already important signals.

The goal is to act at this stage, by clarifying what’s happening for you and implementing practical, adapted adjustments.

Ayurveda is a complementary approach. It can be integrated with existing medical or therapeutic care. My role is to support your overall balance, in alignment with what you have already put in place.

Flexible options are available: shorter sessions, pick-your-price consultations... Even a single session provides practical tools you can apply immediately.

Skepticism is healthy. You’re welcome to come with questions, doubts, or simple curiosity. Ayurveda is not a belief system to adopt, but a framework you can explore and make your own.
