This option is suitable if you want to clarify your situation before committing to further support. It is also suitable if you wish to gain a deeper understanding of your constitution and Ayurvedic principles, so that you can integrate practical adjustments into your daily life.
At the end of the assessment, different formats may be considered, including cycles of body therapies or follow-up consultations.

This session may be suitable if:
You experience persistent, recurring, or diffuse imbalances and want to explore their underlying causes
- You are considering personalised support or body therapies, and would like to establish a foundation or receive guidance before deciding on the next steps
- You are already supported by another health professional and wish to deepen your understanding of your condition through Ayurveda, in order to gain more autonomy
This session may not be suitable if:
- You are only looking for a specific technique or a one-off recommendation
You wish to access simple sessions directly, without going through an evaluation phase
- You are not available for an in-depth exchange or to complete the preparatory information (i.e. filling in a thorough intake form)
