About ReViva | Ayurvedic practitioner for stress, fatigue & burnout

Whether you are a humanitarian worker on mission or living in the Ariège Pyrenees, you are welcome as you are, wherever you are in your journey.

Sara Tullo - Ayurvedic Practitioner

In 2021, while working in the humanitarian sector in Tunis, I went through a period of deep exhaustion.

It was during this time that I discovered Ayurveda. Beyond my physical and mental recovery, it transformed the way I understand myself and my place in life — a true Re-Vival.

This experience has deeply shaped my current practice: I am today an Ayurvedic practitioner and herbalist, specialising in stress- and burnout-related health issues.

My intention is simple: to share practical tools that help you regain autonomy in your health choices, and to guide you towards lasting wellbeing.

In my practice, I place great importance on careful and in-depth analysis. Understanding the root causes of imbalance is essential in order to offer clear, simple recommendations that can be integrated into your daily life.

My approach is both grounded and direct: I value listening to your challenges and celebrating your progress.

Training and Qualifications

My training in Ayurveda now represents over 2,000 hours of study, completed with recognised schools such as JoyfulBelly (USA), Centre Leela and Gayaveda (France).

There, I studied the theoretical foundations of Ayurveda, Ayurvedic body therapies, herbalism, and clinical practice. This diversity of teachers has greatly enriched my understanding of the discipline.

With a commitment to grounding my practice within a framework complementary to medical and paramedical approaches, I also pursued a Level 3 certification in anatomy, physiology and pathology. This level is required in those European countries where Ayurveda is officially recognised.

My learning continues actively today through the teachings of Easy Ayurveda, and monthly supervisions within Ayuskama Ayurveda.

These spaces are essential to refine my practice, question my analyses, and continue evolving with rigour and humility, in service of the people I support.

Why this Ayurveda practice exists

ReViva was created from the desire to help each person develop a transformative way of seeing themselves and the world — one that honours both our uniqueness and the connections that link us to our environment and to others. Cultivating this perspective opens the way to greater recognition, wonder, and self-acceptance, for a more fulfilled and connected life.

How I work

To do this, ReViva relies on Ayurveda. This ancient discipline celebrates the richness and diversity of human experience, while strengthening the autonomy of those it supports. ReViva also draws on principles from permaculture, aiming for a practice that is as regenerative, resilient, systemic and ethical as possible.

What the practice offers

Personalised support through consultations, either in person or online, as well as bodywork, workshops, research, and free resources for the community (clients and colleagues). The practice focuses primarily on burnout and chronic stress, particularly to support those who support others. However, it remains open to anyone seeking guidance and who speaks English, Italian or French.

Values guiding this practice

Safety, responsibility and rigour

  • I respect the limits of my practice: I am not a doctor, psychologist or physiotherapist. When needed, I will refer you to appropriate medical or paramedical professionals.
  • I ensure a safe practice framework (principle of “do no harm”).
  • I prioritise tools that offer guarantees for the protection of your personal data, adapting them to your situation when needed.

Autonomy

  • One of the aims of this work is to help you develop autonomy in managing your health and wellbeing. I actively support this throughout our work together.
  • You are encouraged to explore, question and make the recommendations your own.

Diversity

  • ReViva welcomes and celebrates diversity — of origin, identity and culture.
  • The Ayurvedic approach offered is intended to be “clinical” and “universal”, meaning it is not based on belief systems nor reserved for a select few.
  • No form of discrimination is tolerated within ReViva.

Solidarity

  • I aim to balance quality of care, fair remuneration, and accessibility for as many people as possible. Pay-what-you-can services are available, as well as free consultations via the Cura Libre solidarity platform.
  • ReViva’s income is managed responsibly: I prioritise fair compensation, and any surplus is used to create resources and events accessible to all.

Humility and simplicity

  • I remain a lifelong student — in Ayurveda and in my relationship with others. I continue learning from both my teachers and my clients.
  • Your feedback and suggestions are always welcome.
