Ayurveda Immersions in Ariège – burnout support recovery
Immersive formats to support recovery after periods of intense stress, combining understanding of your functioning with targeted bodywork.
The Ayurvedic immersions offered at ReViva are condensed support formats combining personalised guidance and targeted bodywork within a structured and intensive framework.
They are intended for people who feel the need to temporarily step out of their usual rhythm in order to offer both body and mind a genuine space for recovery, recentring or release.
These formats make it possible both to better understand your current state and to act concretely on the body, through an experience that is more embodied and immersive than a one-off consultation.
Immersions may respond to different needs:
- discovering Ayurveda through a first complete experience,
- taking a guided and structured pause during a period of overload,
- or benefiting from more intensive and contained work over short periods of time.
Immersions therefore create an intermediate space between consultations (focused on analysis and strategy) and body treatments (focused on the body), by bringing both dimensions together within a coherent and time-bound format.
Guided Immersion – a first phase of recovery and reorientation
This immersive format, combining Ayurveda-based burnout support and personalised bodywork, is designed as targeted support. However, compared to the Targeted Consultation and Ayurvedic Massages, it offers extended time to unwind accumulated tension. This Immersion:
- Allows you to take an initial look at your level of fatigue, stress or overload
- Offers a first personalised orientation, without going into a full assessment
- Encourages deep and progressive relaxation or, alternatively, revitalisation
- Supports physical and mental recovery through adapted bodywork
Practical information
Duration: 2h30 (≈ 1 hour consultation and exchange + 1h30 treatment)
Investment: €120
Seasonal Reset Immersion – intensive cycle for deeper recovery
This cycle is designed as a structured programme for periods when the nervous system is particularly under strain (seasonal transitions, after intense stress or accumulated fatigue).
- Preliminary consultation
- Personalised bodywork cycle adapted to your health goals
- An intensive yet progressive framework, allowing the body to release over several consecutive days
Practical information
1 × consultation
5 × 1h30 bodywork sessions (1 session per day, for 5 consecutive days)
Availability: limited to seasonal transitions (spring, autumn). Booking opens within the 60 days preceding these periods.
If you are looking solely for guidance, whether punctual or in the long term, Ayurvedic consultations or Ayurvedic programmes will be more suitable.
If you are looking solely for bodywork, whether as a punctual recovery pause or as deeper work, Ayurvedic bodywork is a more relevant option.
What to expect during a session
How does a Guided Immersion take place?
Before the session, an intake form allows us to check for any contraindications and to clarify your current state.
The session unfolds in two parts:
1. Consultation time (approx. 1 hour)
This time allows us to understand your current situation, your rhythms, your tensions or fatigue. The aim is to clearly identify what is maintaining overload or preventing recovery. This is not a full Ayurvedic assessment, but you will receive clear reference points and a few practical adjustments suited to your daily life.
2. Bodywork (approx. 1h30)
The techniques are chosen according to your current state and the objective defined together:
- releasing accumulated physical tension
- supporting nervous system recovery
- nourishing or stimulating depending on your energy level
This aims to help the body move out of a prolonged state of tension and regain its capacity to recover. The treatment remains targeted and adapted to your present state, without engaging in an in-depth protocol (reserved for Personalised Bodywork sessions).
A rest period is included at the end of the session to allow integration.
How does a seasonal reset immersion take place?
The initial consultation takes place at least one week before the start of the bodywork cycle, either online or at the clinic. It allows for a full assessment and the definition of a recovery strategy adapted to your condition.
During this initial consultation, the five bodywork sessions are scheduled with the practitioner. They take place over 5 consecutive days (Monday to Friday), either in the morning (9:00–10:30) or at the end of the day (17:00–18:30).
Each session (lasting approximately 1h30) includes:
- a short exchange and preparation time,
- one or more body treatments,
- a rest and integration period after the session
The techniques, substances and rhythms are chosen by the practitioner according to the objective defined together. The choice of techniques is based on a prior assessment of your constitution and on traditional Ayurvedic principles. Each decision is explained so that you understand the rationale behind the applied techniques.
If you are unsure where to start
The Guided Immersion is often the most suitable entry point in cases of fatigue, stress or early burnout. It allows you to take an initial step and experience Ayurvedic support within a structured and accessible framework.
