Ayurvedic Programmes – structured support for lasting transformation
Structured support for progressive and lasting transformation
The programmes offered at ReViva are structured support formats designed to unfold over time. Unlike a one-off session or an intensive format, they allow for progressive, coherent and evolving work around a health, recovery or learning objective.
These formats support a genuine process of transformation by creating space to observe changes, integrate new habits and adapt the support over time.
Depending on your needs, programmes may combine different tools: Ayurvedic consultations, bodywork, themed sessions, integration periods and ongoing follow-up.
They may support different situations, including:
- gradually recovering from an imbalance, fatigue, stress or burnout,
- navigating a period of transition or rebuilding,
- gaining a deeper understanding of your body and patterns,
- or engaging in a broader process of learning and personal transformation.
Each programme has its own rhythm, intensity and structure. Some take place entirely online, while others combine consultations and bodywork sessions in person in Ariège.
The intention is to provide a supportive and adaptable framework capable of sustaining meaningful, progressive and lasting change.
Recovery Programme
This Ayurvedic recovery programme offers a supportive framework over 8 weeks for people going through a period of imbalance, chronic stress or exhaustion.
Unlike a one-off consultation, this format makes it possible to support the first stages of rebalancing over time, with progressive adjustments and ongoing follow-up.
This journey:
- Helps you understand the mechanisms maintaining the imbalance
- Supports the implementation of realistic adjustments adapted to your daily life
- Offers a structured framework to support physical and mental recovery without having to navigate the process alone
- Makes it possible to observe changes over time and progressively adapt the recommendations
- Provides practical reference points to better understand your own functioning and help prevent relapse
Practical information
Duration: 8 weeks (4 consultations)
Format: online or at the practice in Saint-Girons
Fee: €270
If you are looking for more occasional support, Ayurvedic consultations may be more suitable.
If you would like to engage in bodywork, either occasionally or more deeply, Ayurvedic bodywork or immersions may be a better option.
How do the programmes unfold?
How does the Recovery Programme work?
The programme unfolds over approximately 8 weeks in order to give the body time to integrate the changes and support a gradual and realistic recovery process.
Consultation dates are planned together from the beginning of the journey in order to provide a clear and supportive structure.
1. A comprehensive assessment (≈ 1h15)
Before the first session, you complete an in-depth questionnaire exploring your constitution, lifestyle habits and current imbalances.
This first consultation allows us to:
- take an overall view of your situation,
- identify the mechanisms maintaining fatigue or overload,
- define the first rebalancing priorities,
- establish initial recommendations adapted to your current situation.
You will then receive a personalised summary including the main areas of focus and the first recommendations proposed.
2. A reorientation consultation (≈ 45 min)
This second session takes place after an initial phase of integrating the recommendations.
It allows us to:
- observe the first changes,
- identify what supports or hinders recovery,
- adjust the recommendations according to the body’s responses and the constraints of daily life,
- redirect the work if necessary.
The aim is to build a progressive, realistic and adaptable process of support.
3. An in-depth thematic consultation (≈ 45 min)
This session allows us to explore a specific aspect of your situation or of the recommendations proposed so far in greater depth.
Depending on your needs, it may focus for example on:
- nutrition,
- sleep,
- daily rhythms,
- nervous system recovery,
- digestion,
- difficulties slowing down,
- or understanding Ayurvedic principles as applied to your situation.
It is also a space to ask questions and better understand the logic behind the work undertaken.
4. A review and orientation consultation (≈ 45 min)
The final session provides an opportunity to reflect on the journey so far, the changes observed and the needs that remain present.
Its purpose is to:
- consolidate what has been established,
- clarify the next steps,
- define realistic priorities moving forward,
- and help you continue with greater stability, understanding and autonomy.
Depending on your situation, the next stage may take the form of occasional follow-up support or simply autonomous adjustments in your daily life.
At the end of the programme
You may leave with different personalised resources designed to support the continuation of your recovery and facilitate the integration of changes in the months ahead.
Depending on your situation and the areas explored together, this may include:
- dietary recommendations adapted to your constitution and daily life,
- suggestions for routines and lifestyle adjustments,
- practical reference points for managing periods of stress, fatigue or overload more effectively,
- practical sheets or written resources on themes explored during the journey,
- suggestions of traditional plants, practices or supportive treatments where relevant.
The aim is to help you stabilise the improvements initiated during the programme, reduce the risk of relapse, and continue your recovery with practical, realistic tools adapted to your pace of life.
