Ayurvedic naturopathy consultation – restoring lasting balance in the face of daily demands
Consultations adapted to your current state
The Ayurvedic consultations offered at ReViva are designed especially for people experiencing prolonged stress, burnout or health concerns related to demanding living or working conditions. They are particularly well suited to humanitarian and emergency professionals, while remaining open to anyone seeking to restore and maintain their health.
Rather than focussing on isolated symptoms, the consultations aim to understand the factors that are sustaining the imbalance, allowing personalised recommendations that fit your individual circumstances. Depending on your needs, a wide range of tools may be leveraged.
Targeted support
Answer a specific question
The targeted consultation is designed to answer a precise and practical question.
It is particularly suitable if you lack time or energy, but would like to improve a specific aspect of your daily life. For example:
- How can I sleep better?
- How can I reduce bloating?
The session allows you to gain:
- practical reference points,
- two or three recommendations that can be applied quickly
Duration: 25 minutes
Contribution: Access first
Assess & understand
Explore in depth
The foundational assessment is the starting point for more in-depth support. This format is particularly relevant in cases of chronic stress, burnout or other established imbalances.
This format is ideal if you wish to:
- identify imbalances and their causes,
- understand the mechanisms that fuel them,
- establish a progressive and sustainable recovery strategy,
- learn to recognise early warning signs.
Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
Contribution: Access first
Stabilise and progress
Follow-up consultations are a further step in the process, allowing you to consolidate initial progress, adjust recommendations, and move gradually towards your health or learning goals.
They provide a space to:
- observe what has evolved since the previous consultation,
- adapt advice to your daily life (constraints, fatigue, work rhythm),
- support lasting change rather than a one-off response.
Duration: 45 minutes
Contribution: Access first

If you wish to commit to a coherent and supportive framework, without having to decide at each step, structured programmes are also available.

Naturopathy vs Ayurveda: what is the difference? What tools are used?
It can be difficult to directly compare Ayurveda and naturopathy, as the term “naturopathy” today covers a wide range of practices.
The approach offered here is primarily based on Ayurveda, a structured traditional system (with a shared body of principles and reference texts), which shares with certain forms of naturopathy a holistic vision of health and the use of so-called “natural” tools. Ayurveda relies on, among other things:
Nutrition
Traditional herbs
Bodywork
Exercise
Lifestyle practices
It is worth noting that Ayurveda is an older and more structured tradition compared to naturopathy.

What to expect during an Ayurvedic naturopathy consultation
How does a targeted consultation work?
A direct and pragmatic approach: quickly identifying what can improve your current situation.
Before
Before the appointment, you complete a short questionnaire focused on your specific question and your daily rhythms (a typical day journal). This makes it possible to quickly identify where simple and effective adjustments can be made. Your practitioner spends around 15 minutes reviewing your answers in advance.
During
The consultation then lasts 25 minutes and focuses on: a quick analysis of your daily life, identifying priority levers, sharing two or three simple recommendations that can be applied immediately.
After
You leave with two or three simple recommendations that can be applied immediately. If the situation requires deeper exploration of underlying causes, this will be clearly indicated, with no pressure to continue.
How does a foundational assessment work?
A time for in-depth exploration to understand your functioning and structure what comes next.
Before
Before your first appointment, online or at the practice in Ariège, you will receive a detailed form to complete. This allows the groundwork to be laid in advance, so that the consultation time can focus on exploring your imbalances or questions. Your practitioner spends around 30 minutes analysing your responses and preparing the session.
During
The consultation lasts around 1 hour 15 minutes and generally includes: a global analysis (diet, lifestyle, history), identification of imbalances, development of a strategy adapted to your level of fatigue and constraints (follow-up, body treatments, or gradual adjustments), personalised priority recommendations, explanation of the underlying Ayurvedic principles to help you understand the logic behind the recommendations.
After
After the session, you receive a personalised report including: a summary of your situation, identified areas for rebalancing, simple tools to strengthen your autonomy between sessions, clear recommendations adapted to your daily life.
This session is both a space for in-depth exploration and for transmission. The aim is not only to identify imbalances, but to help you understand the mechanisms at play. You leave with a clearer understanding of how you function — whether or not you choose to continue the process.
⏱️ Total time invested by your practitioner: approximately 3 to 4 hours.
How does a follow-up consultation work?
A space for adjustment, allowing you to move forward in a realistic and sustainable way.
Before
Before each session, you complete a short update form. Your practitioner spends around 30 minutes reviewing it beforehand.
During
The consultation lasts around 45 minutes and allows you to: review what has been implemented, observe what is working or resisting, address questions that have arisen along the way, adjust recommendations and move to the next stage of your process.
After
After the session, you receive new targeted recommendations to continue progressing at your own pace.
These sessions follow a progressive logic. We move forward step by step, respecting your rhythm and context. Follow-up is not a form of control, but a space for adjustment and clarification. It is essential in an approach that prioritises depth and stability of results.
⏱️ Total time invested by your practitioner: 1.5 to 2 hours.
Who can access follow-up consultations?
Follow-up consultations are available to:
- individuals who have completed a foundational assessment at ReViva,
- or those referred by another practitioner in traditional medicine (Ayurveda, TCM, Unani Tibb, Greek medicine), subject to providing a complete file.
How many consultations are needed?
The number of consultations varies depending on the situation:
- simple or occasional issues: 3–5 sessions,
- chronic or long-standing imbalances: more, up to 10–15 sessions.
The pace is always adapted to your reality (availability, energy, professional constraints).
The Ayurvedic approach is based on the principle: “slowly, but surely”. It is not an instant miracle solution, but a lasting process.
Improvements may be felt from the first sessions, but real and lasting transformation takes time.
Quick fixes often address only symptoms. The aim here is to address the root of the imbalance in order to prevent recurrence.
