By humanitarians, for humanitarians
This practice grew out of my own experience in the humanitarian sector and is designed for professionals experiencing prolonged stress, burnout or particularly demanding living and working conditions.
It offers personalised support to help you recover after difficult periods, prepare for times of transition and maintain your health over the long term.
An essential part of this work is helping you understand your own patterns, recognise the early signs of imbalance and develop the knowledge and tools to care for your health wherever your work takes you.
An approach adapted to humanitarian work

The consultations and programmes are designed around the realities of humanitarian work: frequent travel, changing contexts, heavy mental and emotional demands, and the challenge of maintaining healthy routines while constantly on the move.
Depending on your situation, the support can help you:
- recover after prolonged stress or burnout;
- prepare for a deployment, a change of context or another particularly demanding period;
- maintain your health when sustained pressure is part of everyday life.
The goal is to develop realistic recommendations that fit your professional context and daily routines.
