Respect of tradition

Follow the Ayurvedic therapeutic approach

At ReViva, accessibility never comes at the expense of precision or depth.

The Ayurvedic body therapies offered here work deeply on your physiology. They therefore require careful adaptation to your constitution, your imbalances, the season, the climate, and your life context. This fine-tuning ensures both their effectiveness and their consistency with your overall health journey.

Even a seemingly simple massage, such as Abhyanga, can cause unwanted effects if applied at the wrong time or without adjustment. For example, receiving an Abhyanga during indigestion, weakness, or in cases of excess “toxins” (Ama) can lead to great fatigue, disturb the menstrual cycle, or trigger skin reactions.

For this reason, these ayurvedic therapies are reserved for people who have already had an Ayurvedic consultation at ReViva, or who have been referred by another healthcare professional (Ayurveda practitioner, Chinese medicine, Unani Tibb / traditional Greek medicine, or by medical prescription).

Still, we believe it is possible to make Ayurveda accessible to all while honoring its foundations. Therefore, we offer:

This is our commitment: to guarantee safety, quality, and respect for Ayurveda in all its richness.
