Ayurvedic programmes – structured support over time

Structured support designed to help you restore your health after prolonged stress, prepare for a particularly demanding period, or maintain your health over the long term.

Structured support for progressive and lasting transformation

The programmes offered at ReViva are structured support formats designed to unfold over time. Unlike a one-off session or an intensive format, they allow for progressive, coherent and evolving work around a health, recovery or learning objective.

Depending on your situation, a programme can help you:

Each programme has its own pace, its own purpose and combines different Ayurvedic approaches according to your individual needs.

Recovery Programme

Regain a stable footing

This Ayurvedic recovery programme offers a supportive framework when something has gone wrong. It lasts 8 weeks, and is followed by a consolidation or deepening session one month later.

This programme therefore aims to initiate a recovery process and provide you with the tools needed to continue it independently.

What it can help you with:

  • Better understanding of what drains your energy and maintains discomfort in your daily life.
  • Regaining greater mental clarity, emotional stability, and physical well-being.
  • Leaving with practical tools to continue your recovery independently after the programme.

Duration: 8 weeks of support + 1 consolidation session
Contribution: Commitment first

Preparation Program

Preparing for a Transition

This Ayurvedic preparation programme is designed for people who are about to go through a particularly demanding period or a significant life transition.

Its purpose is to help you anticipate how this transition may affect your health and well-being.

What it can help you with:

  • Identifying the key areas that deserve particular attention during the transition ahead.
  • Understanding the habits and factors that support—or undermine—your balance in this new context.
  • Developing realistic strategies that fit your future lifestyle, pace, and constraints.

Duration: Begin at least four weeks before the planned transition.
Contribution: Commitment first

Balance Programme

Long-Term Health Support

A year-long cycle designed for people whose daily lives involve sustained demands and ongoing pressure.

Its purpose is to help you build a sustainable health strategy tailored to your way of life.

What it can help you with:

  • Gaining a deeper understanding of the factors that support or weaken your health.
  • Learning how to adapt your diet and daily routine as the seasons change and life circumstances evolve.
  • Leaving with the knowledge and practical reference points needed to care for your health independently.

Duration: Approximately one year of support.
Contribution: Commitment first

How do the programmes unfold?

How does the Recovery Programme work?

This eight-week programme is designed to initiate recovery. It is followed by a consolidation or deepening session approximately one month later to help integrate the recommendations into everyday life over the long term.

The consultation dates are scheduled together at the beginning of the programme, providing a clear and supportive framework throughout the process.

Before the first session, you complete an in-depth questionnaire allowing an exploration of your constitution, your lifestyle habits, and the imbalances present.

This first consultation allows us to:

  • take a comprehensive look at your situation,
  • identify the factors and habits that maintain discomfort,
  • define the first priorities and establish an initial experimentation phase, with recommendations adapted to your current situation and objectives.

You will then receive a personalised report with the main areas of focus and the first recommendations proposed.

This second session takes place after two to three weeks of experimenting with the first recommendations.

It allows you to:

  • observe the first changes,
  • identify what supports or hinders recovery,
  • adjust the recommendations according to the first responses of the body and mind,
  • refine the support plan so that it best matches your objectives, your way of functioning, and your daily constraints.

The aim is to build a progressive, appropriate, and realistic support process.

The third session provides an opportunity to review the journey so far, the changes observed, and the needs that remain present.

This session marks the transition between the intensive support phase and the continuation of recovery in your daily life.

It allows you to:

  • review the recovery dynamic initiated since the beginning of the programme,
  • observe the changes implemented and their integration into daily life,
  • identify the areas that still require support,
  • clarify the next steps that you will be able to continue independently.

The aim is to enable you to continue your recovery with greater understanding, confidence, and autonomy.

This session takes place approximately one month after the end of the initial support period, allowing time for independent experimentation and observation.

Depending on your needs and preferences, it can take two forms:

Consolidation

  • reviewing the changes that have been maintained,
  • adjusting certain aspects if necessary,
  • strengthening the tools put in place for the next steps.

Deepening

  • exploring a specific area in greater depth:
    • nutrition,
    • sleep,
    • lifestyle rhythms,
    • nervous system recovery,
    • digestion,
    • difficulties slowing down,
    • understanding Ayurvedic principles applied to your situation.

You will leave with various personalised resources. The resources provided are intended to make it easier to continue the work begun after the initial support phase and to support the integration of changes over the following months.
