Welcome to this space dedicated to Ayurveda.
This blog is, above all, a space for reflection. Writing is as much a part of my practice as studying or working with clients. The articles published here share ideas that I consider sufficiently mature to be useful, while remaining open to being refined or revised as my understanding continues to evolve.
Here you will find accessible explanations of Ayurvedic principles, ideas to explore in everyday life, and more in-depth resources.
Some articles are intended for people discovering Ayurveda for the first time, while others are written for those wishing to deepen their understanding or enrich their practice. A few also explore the formulation and local production of Ayurvedic preparations.
The articles on this blog are also an exercise in translation. Not only between Sanskrit and English, but between two ways of understanding health. To make Ayurveda more approachable, I sometimes use more familiar terms—such as stress, digestion, the nervous system, or hormones—to illuminate certain concepts. These parallels are never intended as direct equivalents: each language emerges from a very different way of observing and organising living systems. Rather, they help establish a dialogue with the readers who are just discovering Ayurveda.
To make browsing easier, the articles are organised into the four categories below.
May these pages nurture your curiosity, open new paths for reflection, and inspire you to observe life with a fresh perspective.
Enjoy your reading!
