Why this page exists

Learning Ayurveda is not simply a matter of accumulating information.

The classical texts contain a rich and complex vocabulary, and many Ayurvedic concepts become meaningful only when we begin to recognise them in observation and experience. Moving from hearing about a principle to actually understanding, recognising and working with it takes time.

The aim of this resource library is not to replace a proper education in Ayurveda, nor to provide a collection of ready-made answers. Instead, it is intended to offer tools that can support the different stages of learning and practice:

understanding a concept → studying and revising it → experimenting with it → applying it in practice.

Some resources are designed primarily for students. Others may be useful to practitioners, or can be adapted and shared with clients.
