About ReViva | Ayurvedic practitioner for stress, fatigue & burnout
Whether you are a humanitarian worker on mission or living in the Ariège Pyrenees, you are welcome as you are, wherever you are in your journey.
Sara Tullo - Ayurvedic Practitioner and Herbalist
For seven years, I worked in the humanitarian sector. Today, this experience allows me to support professionals whose living and working conditions I understand, as well as the long-term effects they can have on health.
In fact, in 2021, while working in Tunis, I went through a period of deep exhaustion.
It was at that time that I discovered Ayurveda. What began as a search for greater wellbeing ended up shaping the course of my life. Beyond my physical and mental recovery, this traditional medicine allowed me to see health, myself, and my place in the world in a new way — a true “ReVival”.
This experience led me to train in Ayurveda and applied herbal medicine. Today, I primarily support people exposed to high-pressure environments (humanitarian workers, emergency responders, etc.) in relation to chronic stress and burnout, drawing on both my professional background and my personal experience.

Training and Qualifications
My training amounts to more than 2,000 hours in Ayurveda, advanced herbal medicine, and health sciences.
I have studied at recognised schools such as Joyful Belly (United States), Centre Leela and Gayaveda (France), and Ayuskama (India). This diversity of teachings, rooted in different cultures and traditions, has deeply enriched my understanding of this discipline.
In order to propose an approach complementary to medical and paramedical care, I also completed a certified training in anatomy, physiology, and pathology (Level 3). This corresponds to the level required in several European countries where Ayurveda is officially recognised.
I continue to train with Easy Ayurveda, as well as through monthly supervision sessions within Ayuskama Ayurveda.
These spaces are essential to refine my practice and continue evolving with rigour, curiosity, and humility, in service of the people I support.
My approach
I approach Ayurveda in a pragmatic and non-dogmatic way. The recommendations I provide are based on the principles of this traditional medicine, while remaining adapted to contemporary life and your personal constraints.
Each consultation begins with listening and analysis. Beyond symptoms, I seek to understand the underlying mechanisms and causes of the imbalances affecting you. This understanding allows me to aim at deep and lasting improvements.
Finally, I see the relationship with the client as a collaboration. You remain the expert of your own experience; I bring knowledge, an external perspective, and practical tools. When the people I work with wish to deepen their understanding of Ayurveda and of their own functioning, I am delighted to support them in this process towards greater autonomy.
Why ReViva exists
I always wonder at the diversity of the human experience.
Every person is different: in temperament, life story, needs, aspirations, strengths, and vulnerabilities. Yet we often try to correct what makes us different, to fit others into a way of being that feels more acceptable, or to measure our worth — and that of others — against certain norms.
I believe that a large part of our suffering comes from this difficulty in accepting both our own uniqueness and that of others. Yet, this diversity is in fact a source of richness: it reveals unexpected strengths and turns every encounter into an opportunity to learn and to be amazed.
Ayurveda offers a framework for cultivating this perspective. This discipline is concerned with each person’s unique constitution, their specific situation, and the relationships that shape them. It does not seek to reduce people to a norm or label, nor to pathologise what is simply different.
This is the vision that inspires ReViva. Through this practice, I aim to offer an approach that honours each person’s uniqueness: a space where everyone can be welcomed as they are, understood in their every facet, and supported in finding an equilibrium that truly fits them.
Values of the practice
Rigour
My practice is based on more than 2,000 hours of training in Ayurveda, as well as ongoing education. This foundation allows me to approach each situation with seriousness and discernment.
Safety
- The principle of “do no harm” guides my practice. I respect the limits of my scope of practice and consider Ayurveda as a complementary approach to medical care, never as a substitute.
- I prioritise tools (digital and paper-based) that offer the highest level of protection for your personal data, and adapt them to your situation when needed.
Pragmatism
I do not propose universal solutions or promote any belief-system. Recommendations are always adapted to your situation and life constraints.
Accessibility
I aim to maintain a balance between quality of care, fair remuneration, and accessibility, so that financial considerations pose as little a barrier as possible.
Humility
My practice is guided by observation, listening, and ongoing reflection. It evolves through contact with the people I support and the teachings I continue to receive.
Diversity and non-discrimination
I consider human diversity as a richness. ReViva welcomes every person without distinction of origin, identity, or culture, and does not tolerate any form of discrimination.
